OVERVIEW

The Yokohama Geolandar H/T G056B is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs. This model is the original equipment tire for specific vehicles.

All season traction is ensured with durable compound and the detailed tread design. They work together to greatly upgrade the dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road surface. The advanced compound technology utilizes rubber materials that maintain their flexibility in versatile weather conditions. The triple 3D sipes and the special zigzag grooves of the symmetric footprint increase the grip on the road surface with extra biting edges. The circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, resulting in a safer wet weather performance.

The tread elements also enhance the comfort levels. The footprint features a multi-pitch variation which generates a sound-frequency that negates the sound waves created. As a result, the tire prevents road disturbances from ruining the passenger's driving enjoyment. Additionally, the adaptive shoulder blocks optimize the road noise levels even as the tread pattern is wearing out. This helps to minimize the road noise heard in the vehicle's cabin throughout the tire's service life.

Better controllability is ensured with the tread design. The ribbed block placement and the ideal shoulder detail upgrade the surface contact which improves the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the tire is faster and more precise in its steering response, while the stronger structure is secured against the driving pressure. This guarantees the tire's safer driving experience. On the other hand, the reinforced structure features dual sturdy body plies and a full nylon cap ply in order to keep the ideal tire shape. As the tire does not deform, it is able to greatly upgrade the load capacity. The tread's stronger compound optimizes the tire's traction and performing ability, even in hauling and towing application.

The Geolandar H/T G056B provides a longer lasting tread life. The adaptive shoulder block pattern and triple 3D sipe detail of the footprint works with the adaptive compound to increase the usability. The tread elements stabilize the tread elements and prevent tread flexing. As a result, the tire is able to ensure even pressure circulation, avoiding irregular wear. The stronger compound elements reduce the treadwear rate, promoting a lengthened service life.

This specific tire is marked with MZ as it is the original equipment of Mitsubishi/Toyota vehicles.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
