OVERVIEW

The Yokohama BluEarth S34BZ (TO) is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This specific tire is marked with TO as it is the original equipment of Toyota vehicles.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The tread design and all season compound increase the dry, wet and winter weather road grip. The tread elements, with the detailed siping pattern, boosts the number of biting edges gripping the road surface. The special orange oil-infused compound keeps the rubber flexibility in various temperatures. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. This enables the tire to further improve the wet and slippery surface contact and the performing safety in such weather.

The special BluEarth technology provides a fuel conscious performance. This technology improves the year round traction with the orange oil compound, which lowers the driving pressure affecting the model. This allows the tire to minimize its rolling resistance, which is the pressure that determines the vehicle's needed fuel consumption to keep the tires in motion. The lowered rolling resistance decreases the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels, guaranteeing a fuel efficient and environmentally conscious driving experience.

The tread design and durable tire compound enhance the length of the tread life. The orange oil compound slows the tread wear rate down by easing the pressure off the tire. This compound also offers wear-resistant rubber materials that reinforce the tire against tread wear. The asymmetric ribbed pattern's close road contact enables the tire to equally circulate the forces of acceleration, cornering and braking across the tread area. The evenly distributed driving pressure, in this manner, actively prevents irregular wear formations. This manages to greatly lengthen the service life and usability.

The BluEarth S34BZ (TO) offers excellent controllability. The tread design's maintained road contact enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The rounded shoulder block placement boosts the number of biting edges gripping the road surface while the tires are in motion. This increases the cornering and maneuvering ability, ensuring the tire's secure driving experience in versatile conditions.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
