OVERVIEW

The Yokohama Advan Sport V107E (*) is a high performance, summer tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This specific tire is marked with (*) as it is the original equipment of BMW vehicles.

Consistent surface contact increases its controllability. As a result, the tire is able to increase steering responsiveness and driving stability. In this manner, the tire promotes a quick and precise steering response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The shoulder block placement increases cornering, as these elements provide extra biting edges to grip the road. The asymmetric tread's elements generate friction, shortening the overall braking distance.

The tire's grip on summer roads is enhanced. The durable summer compound and the ideal tread design enhance dry and wet, summer-weather grip. The strong compound elements improve the heat resistance by easing the pressure off the tire during its performance. Additionally, the optimal road-to-rubber ratio enhances the grip on the road. The wide, circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispersing water from the footprint.

This tread design and the rubber compound ensure a quiet performance. The optimal block pattern does not allow airwaves to enter the footprint while the tires are in motion. In this manner, sound waves are not generated and they cannot diminish the passengers' driving enjoyment. The model promotes a comfortable driving experience.

The Yokohama Advan Sport V107E (*) provides excellent high speed durability. The reinforced internal structure enables the tire to keep its ideal shape under high speed pressure. Since the tire does not deform during its high speed performance, it offers a secure driving experience. This makes the tire perfect for high speed applications.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
