Highway

The Yokohama 714R is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made for the vehicle's drive axle. The tire enhances the all weather traction, by utilizing the ideal tread design's block and siping placement. The groove pattern avoids hydroplaning in wet conditions. The funnel-shaped grooves protect the casing from stone retention. The durable compound and the tie-bar stability prevent irregular and premature wear formations across the tread area. The 714R reduces the rolling resistance, minimizing the vehicle's fuel intake and CO2 emission levels and guaranteeing a fuel conscious drive.

Features

Traction

The open shoulder design and the block and siping placement enhance the dry, wet and winter traction and the hydroplaning resistance.

Longer Tread Life

The grooves prevent stone retention, while the stabilized footprint and the durable compound prevent irregular wear formations.

Fuel Efficiency

The advanced tire compound lowers the rolling resistance, decreasing the vehicle's fuel intake and CO2 emission levels.

I just got these put on an F350 and here are my initial thoughts, like the look, road noise is very quiet, sidewall stiff enough for off road, the only reason did not rate a 5 star is no idea on the tread wear. Very pleased with whole experience.
