OVERVIEW
The Thunderer Ranger R402 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vans. This model has some touring, passenger sizes too.
The special tire compound and unique tread pattern increase the all weather traction. The tread blocks grip the road in dry, wet and even in winter weather. The three main circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire footprint. This also improves the wet weather traction and makes the tire's year round use more secure.
The enhanced wider tire footprint and the optimized road contact patch ensure a longer lasting usability and tread life. They prevent irregular wear patterns from forming across the tread area by equally distributing the driving pressure across the tread area.
