OVERVIEW

The Thunderer Ranger 007 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs. This model has some touring, passenger car sizes as well. Thunderer offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.

The tire offers a quiet and comfortable driving experience. The special five-rib tread pattern creates a variable pitch sequence that cancels out the road noise generated while the tire is in motion. The variable pitch sequence produces a sound frequency that negates the road noise heard in the cabin of the vehicle. This lowers the road noise levels and increases the comfort levels of the drive, making it more enjoyable.

The same five-rib tread design is the reason for the longer lasting tread life. It equally spread the driving pressure out across the tread area to extend the tire's usability. This is achieved with the even distribution of the forces of acceleration, braking and cornering, which prevents irregular tread wear patterns from forming on the tread surface. The durable, even wear extends the tire's usability and tread life.

The specially designed, angled siping design and tread elements increase the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The tire has excellent traction all year long, in all conditions. The better road gripping ability is further increased by the tire's water dispersing ability. The model maintains a constant road contact and it avoids hydroplaning situations by eliminating water and slush from beneath the tire footprint, making the drive safer.

The Ranger 007's tread pattern's closed shoulder design upgrades the cornering and maneuvering ability and power. The same tread design is responsible for the enhanced all weather handling. The tire's maintained constant road contact stabilizes the tire against the driving pressure and improves the steering response time and accuracy. The better cornering, stability and steering together offer an easily controllable tire.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
