FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• All season traction
• Enhanced controllability
• Upgraded load durability

OVERVIEW

The Suntek HD Trail 2 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

The tire offers great all season traction with the durable compound and ribbed block placement. The block placement with the sipe and lug pattern enables the tire to enhance its surface grip. These tread elements allow the tire to upgrade its grip with the use of extra biting edges. A stronger compound keeps the rubber flexible throughout the year, improving its year-round performance. The tread's circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, effectively avoiding hydroplaning in wet conditions.

The tread design's surface contact greatly upgrades the tire's controllability as well. The ribbed block placement improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. This effectively enhances the towing vehicle's control over the trailer, which promotes a safer performance. As a result, the tire offers a quick and precise steering response to the towing vehicle's instructions. It also secures the structure against driving pressure, which also avoids trailer swaying. Their combination ensures a safer towing experience.

The HD Trail 2 also enhances its durability with a stronger structure. The strengthened radial structure allows the tire to improve its load-carrying ability. As the tire does not deform under pressure, it is able to safely carry and withstand heavy loads. In other words, the tire's reinforced load capacity is guaranteed.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
