OVERVIEW

The Sailun TerraMax AT2 is an all terrain, all weather tire made for light trucks and SUVs. Sailun offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The aggressive tread design also increases the all terrain traction. The aggressive tread design and the durable rubber compound ensure great on-road and soft, loose, and uneven terrain grip. The optimized tread design ensures additional sideway biting edges, increasing its deep mud and loose dirt performance. Additionally, the tread design features mud and stone ejectors that keep the footprint clean. Mud and snow do not block surface contact, while stone retention is effectively prevented.

Great handling and maneuvering are ensured with this model. The aggressive tread block placement manages to increase its surface contact. The tire manages to boost its steering responsiveness and driving stability, both on- and off-road. It promotes faster and more precise steering responses, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The model offers great cornering and maneuvering as well. Cornering and braking are upgraded with the ideal tread elements, guaranteeing the driver’s control over the vehicle at all times.

The reinforced internal structure and the durable rubber compound upgrade the model’s load durability and damage resistance. The reinforced internal structure maintains the ideal tire shape under pressure. This improves the tire’s overall load capacity during the performance. The durable rubber compound protects the tire from cuts, tears, and punctures. The special tread design and the rubber compound also upgrade the off-road traction, while offering damage resistance. This ensures external damage protection, increasing the tire’s lifetime.

The Sailun TerraMax AT2 promotes great all weather traction. The all weather compound and the ideal tread design boost the dry, wet, and winter grip on the road. The tread’s siping and notch placement firmly grips the road with extra biting edges, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible in versatile temperatures. The groove pattern helps to prevent on-road hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from the footprint, significantly upgrading the model’s wet-weather driving safety levels.

All weather tires receive the three mountain peak and snowflake (3PMS) symbol for their exceptional winter weather performance. They are all season tires with extra winter weather grip, in order to guarantee safer year-round durability. This ensures their true and secure driving ability throughout the year.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
