OVERVIEW

The Power King Super Highway HD is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. It is built for the vehicle's all axle positions.

The particular tread design optimizes performance on the highway. The ribs put greater rubber area on the road, boosting dry grip. The siping details on the ribs, grip the winter road, for safer traction on snowy surfaces. Four circumferential grooves drain water and slush from under the tire, establishing close contact with the driving surface and preventing hydroplaning.

The continual shoulder ribs maintain constant road contact. This works with a stronger construction and internal reinforcements to preserve the model's perfect shape. As such, the tire offers even wear. The solid ribs help stabilize the footprint, lowering the possibility of flexing and increasing protection against irregular wear. In other words, the tire is designed to have an elongated service life.

The tread pattern, with its rigid ribs, upgrades the structural stability while driving. It helps circulate pressure along the tire's footprint. The model's biased-ply structure strengthens it, further enhancing pressure spread out. As a result, the model has a larger load durability. The tire also resists deformation under heavy loads, which is boosted by the sturdier design of the upper sidewalls.

The Power King Super Highway HD delivers continual road contact. This is achieved with the ideal tread pattern. The solid ribs offer a greater road-to-rubber ratio, increasing driving stability and controllability. The steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands are also improved. The rigid shoulder ribs promote better braking and cornering on the highway.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
