Pantera Platinum Touring A/S

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• Enhanced controllability
• Quiet driving experience
• All season performance

OVERVIEW

The Pantera Platinum Touring A/S is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some high performance sizes as well. Pantera offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

Exceptional handling is offered with the tire’s road contact. The model maintains surface contact throughout the drive, enhancing steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver’s instructions. Additionally, the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. The shoulder block placement enhances the cornering ability. These blocks provide additional biting edges, which grip the road surface during maneuvering. This combination ensures the driver’s control over the vehicle at all times.

This tread design and the rubber compound ensure a quiet performance. The model is able to negate sound waves during the drive. This is achieved with the tread pattern’s variable pitch detail. It generates a special sound frequency that prevents sound waves from disturbing the passengers’ driving enjoyment. As road disturbances do not reach the vehicle’s cabin, the tire promotes high driving comfort levels.

The Pantera Platinum Touring A/S provides great all season traction. The all season tire compound and the ideal tread pattern increase dry, wet, and winter-weather road grip. The wide circumferential grooves avoid hydroplaning, by eliminating water from beneath the footprint. The enhanced water dispersing ability and the exceptional all season traction work together to guarantee a safe year-round performance.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
