OVERVIEW

The Mickey Thompson Baja Legend MTZ is a mud terrain, all season tire made for light trucks.

The model guarantees exceptional mud terrain traction. The aggressive tread design closely follows soft, loose, and uneven terrain surfaces. The aggressive tread design maintains consistent terrain contact and enables the tire's constant forward motion. The durable compound keeps the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure, enabling the tire's great performance on off-road terrains. The tread design is also able to keep the footprint clean, thanks to the self-cleaning tread.

Controllability is also effectively upgraded. The tread design and its constant road contact boost steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time and accuracy are faster and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against pressure. These tread elements upgrade the model's overall handling and maneuvering on off-road terrains.

The model ensures great all weather performance. The tread design and the all season compound work together to improve year-round traction. The tread design manages to maintain consistent road contact, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible during hot summer and cold weather temperatures. This tread design and the all season compound ensure the tire's safe driving performance throughout the year.

The Mickey Thompson Baja Legend MTZ also offers great load and driving durability and damage resistance. The reinforced internal structure keeps the ideal tire shape under pressure. As the tire does not deform under pressure, it is able to safely perform on versatile terrain surfaces. The durable compound also protects the tire from external damages, such as the tread's chipping, tearing, and cuts. The strengthened compound and the reinforced structure promote the tire's secure performance on off-road terrains.

The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
