OVERVIEW

The Michelin LTX M/S2 (FO) is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs, and light trucks. This specific tire is marked with FO as it is the original equipment of Ford vehicles.

This tire offers excellent all weather traction, including in light winter weather. This superb traction is the result of the silica-enhanced tread compound and the specially designed tread pattern, both of which offer additional road gripping force. The model is also hydroplaning resistant, as the lateral tread grooves evacuate water from beneath the tire, offering a safer drive.

Thanks to the manufacturer's Green X Technology the tire has a reduced rolling resistance. The lowered resistance, in turn, lessens the fuel consumption and the CO2 emissions of the vehicle. Also contributing to the increased tread life is the equal distribution of the driving force, which prevents irregular wear on the tires.
