OVERVIEW

The Maxxis Bighorn M918 is an all terrain, all season tire made for ATVs and UTVs.

The model guarantees excellent off-road performance. The tread pattern promotes great traction on off-road surfaces. The staggered tread blocks improve the soft, loose, and uneven terrain gripping ability. These tread elements boost the tire's grip on different surfaces, upgrading its performing capability. This model is ideal for use on desert, dirt, or rock terrains. The ideal construction also offers a smooth ride, even on rough surfaces. The tread pattern and the durable compound work together to improve the off-road driving safety levels.

The tire's tread design also promotes excellent controllability. The footprint closely follows the terrain surface. This boost the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. The structure is secured during the drive, while the steering response is faster and more precise to the driver's commands. The strong structure keeps the tire's ideal shape under driving pressure. The strong construction and the ideal tread pattern enable the tire to safely and easily perform on versatile terrain surfaces.

It was manufactured with extra shoulder lugs, which enhance the sidewalls. As a result, this model increases its puncture resistance. The tire is resistant to accidental damage, such as the tread's chipping, cracking, tearing, as well as cuts and punctures. This ensures safer off-road driving and it makes the tire usable for longer periods of time.

The model provides excellent all weather traction, thanks to the special compound and the tread pattern that grips the road in dry, wet, and winter conditions. The large blocks closely follow the road surface, while the special compound keeps the rubber flexible in summer and winter weather temperatures. During the on-road drive, the high void ratio effectively prevents hydroplaning. The tire guarantees excellent year-round performance.

When it comes to ATV tires, there might be slight visual differences between brands and models even if the tires are of the same size.

NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE: This tire model is not DOT-approved for highway use.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
