OVERVIEW

The Landsail LS588 SUV is an all season tire manufactured for crossover and sport utility vehicles, which offers a performance and high performance variation, depending on the speed rating of the specific tire. Landsail offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this tire model.

The model promotes superb all weather traction. The silica compound and the asymmetric tread design enhance the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The silica in the compound maintains the tire's flexibility even in colder temperatures, while the tread design firmly grips the road surface all year. The wide circumferential and lateral grooves actively prevent hydroplaning by channeling water and slush away from the model's footprint. The better road gripping ability and the hydroplaning resistance ensure a safer driving experience in all weather.

The tire compound is made from an advanced silica-infused rubber material. It manages to decrease the rolling resistance by lowering the tire's overall weight and easing the driving pressure off the tire in this manner. The rolling resistance determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tire's 'motion and the lower it is, the less fuel the vehicle needs to consume. In this manner, the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions are reduced and the tire offers a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly drive.

The maintained road contact boosts the tire's controllability. The tread design enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability with the enhanced road contact. The rib design keeps the tire's contact with the road at all times, which increases the steering accuracy and responsiveness to the driver's instructions. This also stabilized the tire against the driving pressure affecting it, which allows the tire to perform to its highest capability in all weather situations. The tread design's maximized road contact ensures a safer cornering ability as well. The shoulder tread blocks increase the number of biting edges that grip the road surface in all weather conditions and ensure a safer cornering and maneuvering ability and power.

The LS588 SUV provides a quiet drive. The special computer optimized pitch sequence cancels out the road noise levels heard in the vehicle's cabin. This is achieved with the sound frequency created by the pitch variation that negates the road noise heard while the tires are in motion. The result is a quiet and comfortable driving experience.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
