OVERVIEW

The Kumho Crugen HP91 is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire promotes superb summer weather traction. The silica-based compound and the tread design enhance the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The tire was designed to perform well in warm temperatures, and it is not capable of handling winter conditions. The special wide circumferential grooves and the open shoulder design work together to prevent hydroplaning by evacuating water away from the tire's footprint. The excellent hydroplaning resistance and the excellent summer weather traction ensure a safer performance.

The model's tread design upgrades its controllability. The tread pattern keeps the tire close to the road surface. This maintained road contact of the center ribs boosts the steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the tire is secured against the driving pressure, while the steering is faster and more precise in its responsiveness to the driver's instructions. The tread's outer shoulder pattern manages to increase the number of biting edges that grip the road surface in such weather. The better grip improves the cornering and maneuvering ability and power by ensuring a safer driving experience.

The Crugen HP91 offers great durability. The ESCOT technology utilizes different maximizes the tire's performance by preventing deformation during the drive. This technology enhances the model's controllability, driving comfort and ensures first-rate performance. It also manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area to prevent uneven wear formations. The tread life is further enhanced with the dispersible silica compound, which slows the tread wear rate down, ensuring an extended tread life and usability.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
