OVERVIEW

The Kenda K502 Terra Trac is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for ATVs and UTVs.

The tread design with the aggressive staggered and versatile tread block shape pattern and high void ratio enhances the surface contact on different terrain surface conditions. These tread elements provide adequate traction throughout the tire's performance, ensuring the number of biting edges will improve the tire's forward motion on soft, loose and uneven terrain surface conditions. These tread elements ensure the tire's exceptional traction when driving through deep mud and on loose dirt. In this manner, the tire also keeps a clean footprint by eliminating mud stuck between the tread elements to ensure the tire's constant surface contact.

The optimal tread block placement enhances the overall controllability. The constant surface contact, even on varying terrains, greatly upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. As a result, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver's steering instructions, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The better terrain surface contact guarantees the driver's full control over the vehicle throughout its performance, which promotes a safer driving experience.

The K502 Terra Trac increases the driving durability with the stronger structure. The tire's construction maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting the tire throughout its performance. Furthermore, this structure helps avoid punctures and cuts which may shorten the tire's service life. The tread design also manages to protect the tire from damage. The high void ratio prevents rocks from getting stuck between the tread elements. As a result, they cannot drill into the tire's tread area and are unable to cause stone retention. Stone retention can easily damage the tire's casing and by avoiding it, the tire promotes a secure performing capability.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

When it comes to ATV tires, there might be slight visual differences between brands and models even if the tires are of the same size.

NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE: This tire model is not DOT-approved for highway use.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
