OVERVIEW
The K9 Squared Bias Trailer is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire guarantees consistent traction throughout the year, due to its detailed tread pattern and adaptive all season compound. The symmetric tread footprint is populated with biting edges, due to the zigzag grooves. Thanks to these features, the tire demonstrates excellent traction on dry, wet, and snow-covered roads. By maintaining its flexibility throughout the year, the tire firmly grips the road surface during winter and in summer as well. The grooves deal with aquaplaning by dispersing water, slush, and snow from the footprint.
The five-rib tread forms a completely flat footprint that improves the tire's driving stability. It evenly distributes load and driving pressure to balance the tire on the asphalt. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.
The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
