GT Radial GTR750FE

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• All season performance
• Improved controllability
• Fuel-efficient performance
• Longer-lasting tread life

OVERVIEW

The GT Radial GTR750FE is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on trailer axle positions.

The tire provides a fuel-efficient performance. The ribbed tread design and the durable rubber compound lower the rolling resistance. Fuel economy is improved, as the driving pressure on the tread area is decreased. Low rolling resistance presents the pressure that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tires in motion. The decreased rolling resistance reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, which leads to a fuel-conscious and environmentally friendly driving experience.

This tread pattern also maintains consistent road contact. As a result, it increases steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, it improves the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against driving pressure. On the other hand, the robust internal structure maintains the optimal tire shape under load and driving pressure. This construction ensures that the tire can easily carry and withstands heavy loads, which makes this model an excellent choice for commercial applications.

The model also promotes great all weather performance. The optimal tread pattern and the all season compound work together to offer a safe year-round drive. In this manner, the optimal tread pattern keeps the road contact at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in summer and winter conditions. Wide circumferential grooves also prevent hydroplaning, by eliminating water and slush from the footprint.

The GT Radial GTR750FE offers longer-lasting tread life. This ribbed tread design evenly distributes driving pressure along the tread area. At the same time, the durable rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down as well. As a result, these elements prevent irregular and premature wear formations across the tread. This guarantees the tire's lengthened service life and usability.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
