OVERVIEW
The Freedom Hauler ST Radial is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire upgrades its usability with a longer lasting even tread wear. The tread's special symmetric ribbed pattern manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids the formation of irregular tread wear on the tire's surface. The durable tire compound significantly slows the tread wear rate down, which extends the tire's usability. In this manner, the tire promotes a longer lasting service life.
The model's reinforced construction improves the tire's load capacity. The internal steel belt and polyester cord structure is strengthened with the special nylon overlay that increases the load and driving pressure durability. This construction maintains the ideal tire shape under the load pressure affecting the model. As a result, the tire is able to carry and withstand heavy loads without the deformation of the ideal tire shape, guaranteeing a safer and more durable load handling performance.
The ST Radial is easily controlled. The tread's ribbed pattern with the continuous center rib improves the tire's contact with the road surface. This significantly boosts the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The maintained road contact and the stronger internal structure stabilize the tire against the driving pressure affecting it, while the better road contact increases the steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle's commands. This guarantees a safer tow and it makes the towing vehicle's job easier.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
