The Continental ProContact GX (*) is a touring all season tire model made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This specific tire is marked with (*) as it is the original equipment of BMW vehicles.
The tire offers first-rate all weather traction and it grips the road well in all weather conditions. This is due to the special tread pattern that provides great road grip in dry, wet and winter weather. The circumferential tread grooves help resist hydroplaning by evacuating water from below the tire footprint. The better all weather traction increases the tire's safety all year.
