OVERVIEW

The Continental HTR2 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on trailer positions.

The tire promotes excellent all weather traction. The tread pattern and the special tire compound boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tire's tread firmly grips the road surface all year, while the compound maintains its flexibility in all temperatures with ease. The wide circumferential grooves actively prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The improved road gripping ability and excellent hydroplaning resistance increase the year round performance.

The tire's compound is exceptionally durable. It is damage resistant, ensuring a longer lasting usability. The tread's ribbed design and wider shoulder area prevent irregular wear by evenly distributing the forces of acceleration, cornering and braking. The lengthened tread life and superb damage prevention increase the driving safety greatly. The tire's tread and internal structure work together to improve the load carrying capability. The tire does not deform under the load it needs to transport and withstand, making it better to use on commercial vehicles.
