OVERVIEW
The Blackarrow STA02 is a highway terrain, summer tire manufactured for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The ideal tread design closely follows the surface contact at all times, increasing handling. The ribbed tread design closely follows the road surface and it maintains the tire’s constant contact with the road to improve steering responsiveness and towing stability. In other words, the steering is faster and more precise in its response to the towing vehicle’s instructions, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The shoulder tread block pattern upgrades the cornering capability with additional biting edges. At the same time, it prevents side slipping to promote a secure towing experience.
Summer weather traction is ensured with this model. The optimized tread elements and the silica-based tire compound increase the dry and wet-weather traction. The grip on the road is strengthened with these tread elements, which provide additional biting edges. The special rubber materials of the silica compound ensure a secure grip and traction. The tread’s circumferential groves and special grooves decrease the possibility of hydroplaning. They disperse water from below the footprint and upgrade the wet-weather driving.
The Blackarrow STA02 offers great load and driving durability. This tire features a robust structure that does not deform under load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform, it is able to securely carry and withstand heavy loads. This optimizes the tire’s overall load durability, enabling its heavy-duty applications.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
