FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• All season traction
• Improved controllability
• Long-lasting tread life

OVERVIEW

The Ameritread Trail Command HT is a highway terrain, all season tire made for SUVs, light trucks, and commercial vans. Ameritread offers 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

Enhanced dry, wet, and winter-weather traction is provided by the ideal tread pattern and all season compound. The tread design generates additional biting edges for firm surface grip, while the compound maintains rubber flexibility in changing temperatures. Wide circumferential grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint, resisting hydroplaning and ensuring safer wet-weather performance. This combination delivers reliable year-round traction across diverse conditions, promoting confident driving throughout all seasons.

This tread design’s close road contact manages to boost controllability. The model’s optimized tread elements maintain surface contact. This allows the tire to improve its steering responsiveness and driving stability, ensuring the driver’s better control over the vehicle. Faster and more precise steering responses are guaranteed, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Additionally, its cornering and braking abilities are effectively increased. This is achieved with the shoulder block’s siping placement and the tread’s friction generated when braking.

The Ameritread Trail Command HT offers extended service life thanks to the ideal tread pattern and durable rubber compound. The tread design evenly distributes driving pressure across the contact patch. The wear-resistant rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down. This combination prevents irregular and premature wear, ensuring a longer-lasting tread life.

Not all tire sizes are suitable for all vehicle types. Please refer to the item specifications for accurate information about vehicle type fitment for this particular size.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
