OVERVIEW

The American Roadstar Pro A/S is a performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some touring sizes available as well. American Roadstar offers 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The optimal tread design and the flat footprint allow the tire to increase the surface contact throughout the performance. The better surface contact enables the tire to upgrade its steering responsiveness and driving stability. The tire increases the steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. The tire's wide shoulder blocks enhance cornering and maneuvering. These elements guarantee the tire's safe driving experience, while the driver has full control over the vehicle.

The tire's high speed capability is optimized for maximum safety. The model also promotes great high speed performance. The ideal tread design closely follows the road surface even at high speeds and prevents pressure accumulation, while the robust internal structure maintains the optimal tire shape under driving pressure. Also, the heat-resistant compound protects the tire from heat build-up along the tread area, further optimizing the tire's high speed performance. This improves driving durability.

Excellent year-round traction is provided with this tire. The tire's grip on dry, wet, and winter roads is boosted with better traction. The wide grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispering water and slush from below the footprint. The tread design is able to grip the driving surface firmly, while the all season compound maintains rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures. These elements improve the year-round traction.

The American Roadstar Pro A/S manages to keep the noise low. The optimal tread design channels airwaves through the footprint, making sure they do not come into contact with the tread elements. As a result, the tire avoids sound wave formations. The tire prevents sound waves from reaching the passengers and ruining their driving enjoyment. Better comfort levels promote a quiet driving experience.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
