Who Is Eligible For The Video Review Program?
To qualify, you must have purchased the tires from us in the last 3 years and driven at least 1,000 miles on them. Your video must also meet all content and technical requirements.
What Should I Include In My Video?
Please mention the tire brand and model, your vehicle, approximately how many miles you have driven, and your experience with wet grip, dry grip, and noise. You can also share anything else that may help other drivers understand how the tires perform.
How Are Customers Selected?
Priority Tire will select 100 eligible video reviews after the submission period ends. Selected customers will be contacted using the email address provided with their submission.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
If your video is selected, you will receive 50% back on your qualifying tire purchase. We will contact you with additional refund information.
Where May My Video Be Used?
Submitted videos will be used by Priority Tire for marketing purposes. Your video may appear on the Priority Tire website, social media channels, emails, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
How Long Should My Video Be?
Your video must be at least 30 seconds long. Take enough time to explain which tires you purchased, what vehicle they are installed on, and how they have performed on the road.
What Video Format Is Required?
Videos must be submitted in one of the following formats: mp4, webm, quicktime. The maximum allowed file size is 300MB.
Does Every Video Submission Receive A Refund?
No. Submitting an eligible video does not guarantee a refund. Only 100 selected customers will receive 50% back on their qualifying tire purchase.
How Long Does The Review Process Take?
Our team will review the submitted videos maximum 60 days after the submission period ends.
What Happens If My Video Is Not Selected?
Videos that are not selected will not receive a refund.
