Can I use my own shipping carrier account?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow customers to use their own shipping carrier accounts.
Do you need me to be at home to deliver the order?
If your order value exceedes $2500, you will have to await the delivery and provide a signature. Otherwise, the shipping courier will deliver your package even if you're not at home.
Will there be a signature requirement on my order?
Tire orders are not shipped out with a signature requirement. If you wish to add a signature requirement to your order, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail at info@prioritytire.com or at 866-440-0177.
