How to Apply for a Milestar Tire Rebate

Reward Requests can only be submitted online! Submit online by going to https://milestarrebates.com/ and submit your rebate information. You will need to follow the directions to enter the date of purchase, the invoice number, and upload your receipt. Rebate submissions must be submitted online 30 days from the purchase date. Incomplete submissions will be rejected without recourse after January 15th, 2027. Work orders will not be accepted.
