Reward requests can be submitted online or mailed in! Submit this form online by going to https://generaltire.com/promotion, scroll down to "Do This Online" and click on “Submit Form”. You will need to follow the directions to enter your name, address, purchase details and upload your receipt. Reward requests must be submitted online by 11/30/2026. Work orders will not be accepted.
