The Westlake AT557 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is designed to be mounted on all axle positions. Great all season performance and hydroplaning resistance is provided with this tire. The ribbed tread pattern and its consistent road contact improve the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. At the same time, the reinforced internal structure and the durable rubber compound maintain the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. The Westlake AT557 lengthens its service life and usability, by preventing irregular and premature wear formations.

The optimal tread pattern and its close road contact enhance the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability.

In other words, these elements improve the tire's steering response time and accuracy to the driver's commands. The structure is also secured against driving pressure. The outer ribs and their strong road grip boost cornering and maneuvering during the performance. These elements enable the driver to have full control over the vehicle, providing a safer driving experience.

The model offers excellent year-round performance.

The ribbed tread design and the all season compound improve the tire's traction in dry, wet, and winter conditions. In this manner, the ribbed tread pattern maintains road contact at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. At the same time, circumferential grooves resist hydroplaning, by eliminating water and slush from the footprint in wet situations.

Longer-lasting tread life is provided with this model.

The ribbed tread pattern evenly distributes driving pressure along the tread area, while the special silica compound slows the treadwear rate down as well. This slow and even wear significantly lengthens the tire's service life. This combination resists irregular and premature wear formations on the tread area, boosting its usability.
