Warrior WS202
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- All season traction
- Enhanced controllability
- Longer-lasting tread life
OVERVIEW
The Warrior WS202 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was created for all axle positions.
Excellent all season traction is provided with this model. The tire offers exceptional dry, wet, and winter grip by using its five-rib tread design and durable compound blend. Additional biting edges are generated with the sipe placement along the tread area, while the stable footprint maintains surface contact. This generates traction throughout the year. On the other hand, the stronger compound upgrades rubber flexibility, even in changing temperatures. Circumferential grooves are responsible for avoiding hydroplaning, which is ensured by their water and slush dispersing capability.
The special five-rib tread design maintains consistent surface contact. It provides exceptional tread stability in order to upgrade the tire's controllability. Therefore, its better road contact enhances the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. Faster and more accurate steering responses are guaranteed, while the structure is secured throughout the drive. The solid shoulder ribs help enhance cornering and maneuvering, further optimizing its handling.
Combining the tread design and durable compound enables the tire to boost its usability. This is achieved by guaranteeing decreased and even wear across the entire footprint. Its footprint stability allows the tire to evenly circulate driving pressure, preventing pressure accumulation on sensitive tread areas, like the shoulders. This resists irregular wear. On the other hand, the wear-resistant compound reduces the overall tread wear rate, further improving the model's tread life length.
Additionally, the Warrior WS202 also features a reinforced, four-steel belt structure. This construction does not allow the tire to deform, enhancing its load capacity. However, its damage resistance is probably more important. The strengthened structure protects the tire against road hazard damage, which can easily cause a tire's downtime. By preventing cuts, punctures, and impact damage, the structure makes sure damage does not shorten the tire's service life.
