OVERVIEW
The Transmax PS 2000X is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on steer axle positions.
Great all season performance is offered with the tread design and the all season compound. The ribbed tread pattern firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges and boosts year-round traction. On the other hand, the compound blend maintains flexibility in different temperatures, promoting a safe driving experience throughout the year. The model also avoids hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from the footprint. This protects the tire against slipping in wet situations.
The ribbed tread pattern and its consistent road contact improve overall controllability. These elements also increase steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering response time is quicker and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting it. The outer ribs and close road contact enhance the tire's cornering ability during the ride.
The model also promotes a fuel-efficient performance. The ribbed tread design and the rubber compound reduce the rolling resistance, which is the pressure that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. Low rolling resistance decreases fuel intake levels and CO2 emissions, which leads to a fuel-conscious and environmentally friendly driving experience.
The robust internal structure and the rubber compound boost load and driving durability. They keep the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure, not allowing the tire to deform during its performance. It enables the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, making it perfect for commercial vehicle applications.
The Transmax PS 2000X lengthens its service life and usability. The ribbed tread design evenly distributes the driving pressure along the tread area, ensuring even wear. On the other hand, the special compound slows the treadwear rate down significantly. These elements prevent irregular and premature wear formations, which leads to longer-lasting tread life.
