OVERVIEW

The Titan Flo-Trac Lug is an all season tire manufactured for tractors.

The directional tread design's constant field surface contact enables the tire's safer controllability. During the tire's performance, the optimized surface contact increases the steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The upgraded control over the vehicle enables the driver to confidently maneuver the vehicle at all times.

The ideal tread design features a directional lug placement and a high void ratio, which helps improve the surface grip on various field conditions. These tread elements ensure the tire's forward motion at all times, while optimizing its flotation ability. Tractor tires need a high flotation capability in order to minimize the pressure affecting the driving surface. Excess pressure placed on the field surface will cause the tire to loosen the soil up. By improving the high flotation of the tire, the reduced driving pressure does not damage the soil quality and it effectively prevents field retention.

The Flo-Trac Lug enhances the load durability. The reinforced internal structure maintains the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting the tire. As the tire does not deform under the load and driving pressure affecting the model, the tire is able to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. This greatly enhances the load capacity as it improves the load handling safety.
