Very prompt. Got 9 tires installed at Walmart. Have driven both vehicles on test drives. Had new shocks on 1988 vanagon and with that and new tires it drives straight and all the freeway potholes don't jangle my teeth! The 1990 vanagon also had a smooth ride and it's ready to drive cross country. Will update if things change
