The Supermax HD1-Plus is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. The model is designed to be mounted for the vehicle's drive axle positions. It benefits greatly from the all season compound that keeps the tire flexible and drivable throughout the year. The ideal tread design ensures superior dry, wet, and light winter traction. The wide grooves, with their zigzag pattern, drain water and slush from underneath the tire, improving road contact. This contact is further boosted with the solid ribs, ensuring even wear and reducing tread chipping on the shoulder area. As a result, the Supermax HD1-Plus promotes a longer tread life.

The increased road-to-rubber ratio boosts the tire's dry traction. The wide grooves minimize the chance of hydroplaning. This is achieved with the circumferential grooves that channel water and slush from under the tire, securing wet traction. The sipes on the shoulder ribs and the central blocks give additional biting edges to grip snowy roads, improving light winter performance. The compound makes sure that the rubber stays operational and flexible throughout the year.
