The tires I ordered were the wrong size. That was completely my fault but the tires were great. However, the experience with customer service that I had was absolutely awful. After 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone I was told to send an email with pictures of the tires, after doing that I never heard back. After I finally got ahold of someone a day later and waiting on the phone for another 30 minutes, the lady told me she saw my email yesterday and will send me the shipping labels. But, I have to pay for the shipping??? I’ve bought so many sets of tires from this site it’s insane, after the customer service experience and having to spend $100 to send tires back for an honest mistake I will definitely be using someone else.
