OVERVIEW

The Sumitomo HTR Sport H/P is a performance all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The all season compound and tread design work together to enhance the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tread elements find excellent grip in all weather, while the compound maintains its flexibility even in colder temperatures. The tread design's circumferential and high-angle grooves channel water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The increased hydroplaning resistance and all weather traction ensure a secure performance.

The model ensures first-rate controllability. The reinforced structure and the solid center rib upgrade the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The structure and the center rib maintain the tire's road contact at all times which improve the response time and accuracy of the steering and stabilize the tire's structure. The wider shoulder tread blocks manage to heighten the number of biting edges firmly gripping the road surface in all conditions. This enhances the cornering ability and power, guaranteeing a safer driving experience.

The HTR Sport H/P's internal structure features twin steel belts, a Jointless Nylon Band and a polyester casing. They optimize the tire's structure and prevent deformation of the tire's shape under the high speed driving pressure. The maintained optimal shape enables the model to perform to its utmost capability in all weather. The polyester casing also ensures a comfortable driving experience.
