OVERVIEW
The Solar 4XS+ is a touring all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This model has some high performance, W speed rated sizes as well.
The tire provides great all weather traction. The asymmetric tread design and the all weather tire compound increase the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. They maintain a firm grip on the road surface, while the compound keeps its flexibility even in colder temperatures. The special tread design features wide circumferential and angled grooves that resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The enhanced controllability and all weather traction boost the year round driving experience.
The constant road contact enhances the model's controllability. The two narrow center ribs and the large shoulder tread blocks keep the tire's road contact at all times, enhancing the steering responsiveness, driving stability and the cornering capability. In this manner, the steering becomes faster and more precise, while the tire's structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The shoulder tread blocks heighten the number of biting edges that firmly grip the road surface and boost the cornering ability and power.
