OVERVIEW
The Sailun S622 EFT is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.
The tire offers excellent all weather road grip. The tread pattern and the all season tire compound manages to boost the dry, wet and winter weather traction by optimizing the tire's design. The compound keeps the tire's rubber flexibility year round, including in colder temperatures, while the tread elements, with the V-shaped siping detail, keeps a firm grip on the road surface while the tires are in motion. The five circumferential grooves manage to prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The better hydroplaning prevention and all weather road grip guarantee a safer towing experience.
The special ribbed tread design makes the tire easier to control. The ribbed design closely follows the road surface at all times, which upgrades the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The optimal road contact enhances the steering response time and accuracy to the towing vehicle's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The upgraded controllability offers better control to the towing vehicle and it makes the trailer easier to tow.
The model ensures first-rate durability. The tread's strengthened internal structure keeps the tire's optimal shape under the driving and load pressure affecting it. This enhances the model's load carrying and withstanding capability as it resists the shape's deformation under the driving pressure affecting the model. The special main groove's stone ejectors maintain a clean footprint and eject rocks stuck between the tread elements. In this manner, the tire avoids stone retention from harming the casing and shortening its service life.
The S622 EFT promotes a lengthened tread life. The V-shaped siping pattern and the decoupling grooves work together to prevent uneven tread wear formations. The V-sipes avoid heat build-up on the tire surface. They expend the area that is affected by the heat generated while the tires are in motion, which resists heat concentration on one area of the tire. The special decoupling grooves ensure even pressure distribution, avoiding irregular tread wear along the tread area. The longer lasting even tread wear extends the tire's usability.
