OVERVIEW
The Roadlux D272 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was designed for drive axle applications.
The tire improves its load and driving durability. The reinforced internal structure and the special silica compound enhance the tire's load-handling power, by evenly distributing load and driving pressure across the tread area. As the tire does not deform under load and driving pressure, it allows the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease.
The tire handles versatile weather conditions. The ideal tread design and the all season compound increase the tire's traction in dry, wet, and winter weather. In other words, the ideal tread pattern generates biting edges to increase road grip, while the silica compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. At the same time, circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint. They resist hydroplaning and ensure the tire's safe performance, even on wet roads.
Extended service life is guaranteed with the D272. The ideal tread pattern and the rubber compound resist irregular and premature wear formations along the tread area. This tread ensures even pressure circulation to prevent irregular wear formations, while the rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down. This decreased and even wear leads to a longer-lasting tread life.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
