High Performance

The Pirelli Cinturato P1 Run Flat (*) is a high performance summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This specific tire is marked with (*) as it is the original equipment of BMW vehicles. The tread design and tire compound offer great summer weather traction and hydroplaning resistance. The reinforced construction enables the tire's limited, temporary performance after air pressure loss. The internal structure's steel belts enhance the high speed durability, while the polyester cord decreases the road vibrations felt in the vehicle's cabin. The optimized tread design reduces the road noise heard during the drive by negating the soundwaves. The Pirelli Cinturato P1 Run Flat (*) lowers the rolling resistance and with it the tire's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

Features

Summer Tire

The hybrid tire compound and the asymmetric tread design boosts the summer weather road gripping ability.

Run Flat Tire

The stronger internal structure enables the tire's performance after air pressure loss for 50 miles at 50 mph.

Durability

The twin steel belts maintain the tire's optimal shape and increase its strength and high speed durability.

Fuel Efficient

The tire materials lower the tire's overall weight, which decrease the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions greatly.

Quiet Tire

The optimized tread with the variable pitch design reduces the road noise heard by cancelling the soundwaves out.

Comfortable Drive

The internal structure's polyester cord enables the tire to closely follow the road surface, lowering vibrations.
