The Pirelli Cinturato P1 is a performance and high performance, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This model has some touring sizes as well.
The tire promotes superb summer weather traction. The hybrid tire compound and the asymmetric tread design boost the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The tire is not meant to be used in winter weather as the tire's compound does not maintain its flexibility in colder temperatures, while the tread loses its road gripping ability. The tread design's three circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from beneath the tire's footprint. The enhanced traction and hydroplaning prevention guarantee a safer performing ability.
The tire is easily controlled even during high speed performance. The tread's asymmetric design features a continuous rib and larger shoulder tread elements.
