The Otani BM1000 is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire greatly upgrades the all season compound. The durable all season compound and the asymmetric tread design, with the groove placement, boosting the dry, wet, and winter weather grip. The combination of these elements improves the rubber flexibility throughout the year, while the tread elements firmly grip the road surface as well. The angled lateral grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint, effectively increasing the overall wet weather performance.

The asymmetric tread design ensures the surface contact at all times. The footprint ensures the surface contact while the tires are in motion, increasing the steering responsiveness and driving stability. As a result, the driver has better control over the vehicle. The wider shoulder block pattern enhances the cornering and maneuvering ability with the use of extra biting edges. The angled lugs and the all season compound allows the tire to generate friction during braking, significantly shortening the overall braking distance.
