The Nitto NT555 G2 is a high performance summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.

The tire promotes great summer weather traction. The tire’s high-stiffness silica compound and the ideal directional tread design work together to increase the dry and wet weather road gripping ability. The tread design’s optimal elements increase the grip on the road surface with additional biting edges, while the compound prevents heat build-up along the tread area. The tread’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. These grooves channel water from below the footprint and boost the grip on wet road surfaces. This combination ensures the tire’s secure performing capability in all summer weather.

The model’s ideal tread design enhances the high speed controllability. The tread’s continuous center ribs closely follow the road surface and maintain the tire’s surface contact in summer.
