OVERVIEW
The Nitto Crosstek 2 is a highway terrain all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. This model has some touring, passenger vehicle sizes as well. Nitto offers a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with the S and T speed rated metric sizes and a 50,000 treadwear warranty with the H and V speed rated metric sizes and light truck sizes of this tire model.
The tire promotes great all weather traction. The asymmetric tread design, with the special siping detail and large tread blocks, enhances the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The tire compound and the tread design work together to ensure a safer road grip in all weather conditions. The three circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The result is a safer all weather performance.
The maintained road contact promotes better controllability. The stable contact patch enhances the steering responsiveness and driving stability as it keeps the tire close to the road surface at all times.
