OVERVIEW

The Nexen Roadian MTX is a mud terrain all season tire manufactured for light trucks.

The tire promotes great all weather traction and road gripping ability. The specialized tread elements boost the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The tread elements are capable of firmly gripping the road surface on all terrain conditions, ensuring a safer all weather performance. The deep grooves avoid hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. They, along with the staggered tread blocks, also ensure the tire's self-cleaning nature, by preventing snow from packing into the grooves and blocking the tire's road contact. The better hydroplaning resistance and ensured all weather traction boost the year round driving safety.

The tread design features open shoulders, large staggered tread blocks and deep grooves that work together and enhance the soft and loose terrain traction. The upper sidewall design manages to find good grip in deep mud and gravel, ensuring constant road grip. The tread blocks and stone ejectors manages to maintain a clean footprint by eliminating mud and ejecting rocks stuck between the tread elements. The enhanced traction and off-road performance ensure a secure performance and driving experience.

The tire was made with a stronger construction. It enhances the tire's load durability and improves its damage resistance. The stronger casing and reinforced internal structure are capable of handling and carrying heavy loads with ease and without any deformation to the tire's optimal shape. The stronger casing actively resists punctures and other off-road damage from harming the tire's casing. The combination of these enhancements ensures a safer year round performance.

The Roadian MTX is easily controlled. The center tread design features large tread blocks that maintain their constant road contact which improves the tire's steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering becomes quick and precise in its responsiveness to the driver's commands, while the tire's structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it. The result is a safer controllability in all weather and on mud terrain conditions.

The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.
