The Michelin Pilot Sport EV is a high performance, summer tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This tire is designed for electric vehicles.
The model promotes excellent summer-weather traction. The asymmetric tread pattern closely follows the road surface in summer conditions. At the same time, the summer compound prevents heat build-up along the tread area in warmer temperatures. These elements increase the tire's traction in dry and wet conditions. Additionally, circumferential grooves actively prevent hydroplaning. They eliminate water from the footprint to prevent slipping on wet roads.
The optimal tread pattern and the close road contact increase overall controllability.
