The Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 (FO) is a high performance, summer tirea summer tire made for sports cars. This specific tire is marked with FO as it is the original equipment of Ford vehicles. This model is EV-Ready, meaning these tires are compatible with both electric and traditional vehicles. This tire is for the rear axle position. This model was made with racing in mind, but it increased the tire's performance for everyday use as well. Due to the endurance racing requirements, it has an increased tread life and better summer traction. However, safer driving in deeper water is still recommended to avoid hydroplaning. It has a better steering responsiveness and offers better safety at higher speeds. The Pilot Sport Cup 2 (FO) reinforced the shoulder tread ensures a longer lasting tread depth.
