The Michelin LTX M/S2 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. The manufacturer greatly improved the model's all-weather, wet, dry and snow traction, with both the silica-based compound and the tread design of the tire. The driving experience is improved with the easier handling and the responsive steering as well as the reduced risk of hydroplaning. This tire also has reinforced durability and strength. The LTX M/S2 reduced its rolling resistance, and in turn also lessened its fuel usage per mile.

Michelin's new Green X Technology reduces the rolling resistance, making for a more economic, fuel-efficient drive.
