The Maxtrek Sierra S6 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for light trucks, commercial vans, and SUVs. This model also has some touring, performance, and high performance, passenger sizes available.
The tire offers great all weather traction. The all season compound and the detailed tread pattern, featuring a detailed siping design, boost the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping ability. The compound does not lose its flexibility in colder temperatures, while the tread design allows the model to perform well in harsh weather conditions with ease. The wide circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. This results in a safer year round performance.
The model features a strengthened internal structure. It features twin steel belts that maintain the tire's optimal shape under the driving pressure as they stiffen the tire's sidewalls. The pressure affecting the tire is evenly distributed along the tire's surface, preventing irregular tread wear formations across the tread area. The tread life is also improved with the tire's damage resistance. The steel belts reinforce the tire's casing, resisting punctures and impact damage which can harm the model during the drive, offering a secure driving experience.
