Loadstar K550 205/75D14
The Loadstar K550 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. The compound and tread design work together to boost the all weather traction, while its circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning. The internal structure features a bias ply construction which prevents deformation by maintaining the tire’s optimal shape. The flat tire profile enhances the tire’s stability while the trailer is being towed. The Loadstar K550’s longer tread life ensures a safer drive as the compound slows the tread wear rate down. This also manages to decrease the towing vehicle’s fuel consumption as the compound decreases the rolling resistance.
Features
All Season Tire
The tire compound and the tread pattern boost the all weather traction and road gripping ability.
Hydroplaning
The tread’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint.
Durability
The bias ply construction enhances the driving and load durability and optimizes the tire’s shape.
Stability
The flat tread profile boosts the driving stability by maintaining constant road contact during the drive.
Longer Tread Life
The special tire compound enhances the tread life by slowing down the tread wear rate significantly.
Fuel Efficient
The tire compound prevents heat buildup and lower the rolling resistance for a more fuel efficient drive.
Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
This is a bias ply or diagonal tire. Due to the tire's internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller diagonal tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire's non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire's ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
The photo is a representation of the tire's possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
